We appealed to the city council regarding the Planning Commision's denial of the CUP and DR, and recieved a 3-2 vote in favor of our appeal.
Planning Commission
Based on the Specific Plan submitted and approved by the council, we requested the approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Design Review (DR).
Vote was 2-2 (Denial)
Plan Revisions
We revised the plan to only acquire on the front parcel and negotiated a new price with the seller.
City Council
We submitted a Revised Specific Plan to the City Council. After outlining some required changes, the city approved our Specific plan.
Vote was 5-0

The City Council held a Public Hearing for the Mitigated Negative Declaration, Parcel Map, and Specific Plan.
The council requested several changes to our project which we agreed to make them.
